MONDAY MUSINGS…

 

Apologies for the delay in getting the recordings up this week, just been a bit busy.

 

I really hope you enjoy listening back to all your hard work, yes we do sometimes go slightly off-piste with some of the harmonies, but my goodness, we have progressed so much these last couple of weeks. We just have one more “normal” week before we have our summer gathering on the 23rd as we say farewell for the holidays. So once we’ve finished learning Summertime and the ending of Forever Country, and perfected that key change in Let the River Run, we will be just singing all the songs we have learnt over these last two terms concentrating on our overall sound…

We will then take a vote to choose what songs we want to sing on the 23rd and play around a bit more with our funky jazz, improv piece –

“FROM SOMEWHERE DEEP INSIDE” – if possible, try and learn the words below and be ready to step out of your comfort zones and experience some truly sublime mixed chords…
